Svetoslav TodorovJanuary 1, 2015We came here on New Year's Eve. Poor organisation, the food looked and tasted below satisfactory. The bowling is not working.I have to admit, rooms are great and they fixed our shower hose quickly.
Don,t want to power on you safe box at room, they tell to use safebox on the reception, in the floor, crazy. Not welcome personal. Pools are durty, empty bars, no light at night, but large clean rooms
Plumbing is awful.Shit is dripping everywhere in the parking.Parking spots are too close and can't even fit a VW Golf.Not to mention our BMW 535d.Tax is too high.Mizery.Cleaner ladies don'tdotheirjob
- Pools are green.They don't clean them often.You could easily catch a disease there.I advise you not to come in this hotel.
- Great service for tourists,but if you're buying an apartment the bills are large and it all goes to the tourists.The poils are dirty.No umbrellas. Awful parking.They don't keep the place in condition
- No security.Cameras don't work.Nasty restaurant food.Idiots.Idiots everywhere.
Ромуальд ЛисовскиAugust 11, 2015Из минусов - регулярно что-то не работает. Сломанную кнопку в лифте починили через 7 дней. Убираются только если повесить знак на ручку двери. Сейф в номере - платно. Интернет на территории - платно.
- Ромуальд ЛисовскиAugust 11, 2015Завтрак. Чай и кофе из машины, порошковые соки, вода, молоко. 2 вида хлеба (тостер). Порционные - масло, джем и мед. Йогурт, хлопья, нарезки. Сосиски, яйца. 3 вида посредственной выпечки. Есть можно.
- Ужамные завтраки, скудные, не хватает места, салфеток и кофе. В отеле все не работает: лифты на 6 этаже, фонари, подсветка, сейфы, пульт от тв. Экономят мыло, плохо убирают. Плохой персонал.
- БолтливыйAugust 13, 2016Видимо в Болгарских гостиницах не знают , сто такое слив воды в сторону слива!!! Я рад что был тут 2 дня и никогда не вернусь в этот ужас!!!
