That's the place where amazing views of the sights of St. Petersburg are opened up and you could feel that the city at a glance! Nice friendly service! I ordered Chianti DOC that was very good!

Great design hotel. Probably the most fun part to stay in SPB. Be aware of the rooms right next to the bar on the top floor. It can get VERY noisy !!!

Very comfortable W located conveniently in the centre of SP. The breakfast is plentiful but they don't have poached eggs. Ask for the fried egg instead - it's relatively close to what you want!

Quality food with a few Russian treats. Roof terrace bar is probably the best place for a sundowner. Excellent and genuinely friendly service. Plus it has the best views of St Isaacs and the Admiralty

Very helpful staff and incredibly warm welcome. Walking distance to most sights. Nice modern rooms and good free breakfast and free wifi depending on your room rate.

It's the second W hotel I am staying at and the second W hotel where some defects are. Their bed is totally perfect, the one you don't wanna leave at all, but everything else is just so-so.

I think that it's the best hotel in SPb, much better than Kempinski and Grand Hotel Europe. But I beg you the management to allow smoking in the Living Room and rooms!

Room service is terrible. Food took MUCH longer than quoted, arrived ice cold, was missing half the order, and didn't taste great.

Очень крутой отель! В самом центре! Персонал прекрасный, сделали апгрейд номера при заезде, прямо напротив Исакиевского собора, до Эрмитажа около 10 минут пешком! Уютный бар внизу и ресторан Cococo

А я хочу выделить из персонала Валерию Беленицкую! Ответственная, очень приятная и симпатичная девушка;) всем обращаться к ней, а от начальства - повышение минимум;)

Отличные виды из номеров. Если замерзли, есть сауна и хамам. Питьевая вода в номере, WiFi, бассейн - бесплатно. Удобные семейные номера. Соседей не слышно, персонал услужлив, + на первом этаже Cococo

Все на высшем уровне: уборка номера несколько раз в день, персонал вежливый, номера очень уютные. Разве что еда в номер (ужин) всего на 3. Зато завтрак - наоборот, очень вкусный.

Что неприятно в дорогом кофе, так это когда он невкусный. А здесь кофе дорогой, но очень вкусный! Это даже приятно! Загляните на чашечку эспрессо и вдохновитесь волшебной атмосферой☕️
