- Artyom FedosovJanuary 6, 2017Must see in Krakow. If you're going to spend some time in the city, then you can wait for Monday or Sunday (depends on the season) to visit Wawel for free.
- Ана ЛековићFebruary 12, 2017Wonderful scenery. Must-visit are church where you can read interesting facts about country leaders who rest here (not only men!) and famous da Vinci's painting "Lady with an ermine".
- Taylor KikerAugust 29, 2015Wawel is split into different exhibits, a separate ticket is needed for each exhibit. treasury is a must if you get there before it sells out. You can see most of the cathedral without buying a ticket
- Alex GJuly 13, 2017The Sigizmund Bells isn't worth the time. Better to go up the Tower in the yard, the view from up there is amazing, so is the line to the ticket office...
- Kaitlyn ReedMay 29, 2019Walk up the steep walkway & enjoy the garden + cafes for FREE. If you want to look inside the castle or cathedral, you can purchase a ticket, but really the best part is outside or dragons den.
- Alejandro Martinez FarinaSeptember 22, 2018Beautiful castle with lots of historic things inside. Big church with kings queens and many other old famous people laying there. interesting mix of architectural constructions. Is amazing.
- Stefan LazovićJanuary 4Beautiful castle with 5 separate museums and a cathedral. Well organized but little bit expensive if you want to see it all. Some areas were closed when we visited, in December.
- Kim BellemansApril 15, 2017Beautiful architecture and nice views. Too bad you have to pay for all the museums separatly. The state rooms are worth visiting !

- Ана ЛековићFebruary 12, 2017When it's nice weather expect to wait up to 3 hours in line to main building. Luckily, there are tips: come when they open, go to the beginning of row inside to see many tickets are left... (part I)
- Yosun ChangMay 6, 2014Diverse hodge podge of architecture from many different eras and locations, but leaves you wondering why they didn't develop their own unique roof
- Kristina VientoDecember 17, 2014If you are in Wawel you can see a lot of things for free, there is no use to buy ticket to the cathedral, you can see everything there and nobody will stop you.
- Ioannis PapapetrouDecember 18, 2016A must seen attraction if you are in Krakow. You can see one of the four paintings of Leonardo da Vinci in the world inside.
- AmandaJuly 17, 2013Leave about 3 hours or so but depending on how many attractions you want to see. Be quick with the royal apartments, the fortifications and grounds and armoury as tickets for these sell out quick.
- Stacy Bo BacyJuly 27, 2019Nice walk around and be sure to enjoy the cafe. No need to pay entry to the castle, in my opinion.
- Vitaliy PidhirskyyDecember 8, 2013one thing that is beyond my understanding is how you can call something so deadly with a simple word "SMOK" ?? DRAGON make scence, MONSTER too, but SMOK???
- MatteoApril 9, 2014Beautiful Castle with the 'Da Vinci' picture and beautiful Rooms in 1500-1600 Style! Very Nice the cathedral too or simply have a walk in the garden!
- Taylor MollJune 19, 2019Wander around for free day and night. Entrance to the cathedral and Pope John Paul II buildings closed at 5pm. Wonderful look put point to the rest of the city.
- Petra UJanuary 27, 2014Book the da Vinci tour to see the 'lady with an ermine' while it is still at Wawel. The current exhibition enables you to see her up close and in a very calm private setting. Very special!
- Lisa BradshawJanuary 9, 2020Well worth a trip. Stairs fir the bell tower not for the faint hearted. Beware ticket office shuts at 2:30pm.
- Dorota SmagurOctober 2, 2019Wawel Castle - feel for a while like Royalty - admire Cathedral with famous Zygmunt bell, king apprtments, treasury house, armoury and royal thombs. Do not miss Wawel Dragon
- Juri TSeptember 5, 2017If you don't want to spent whole day in queue to the cash desk, purchase city touristic card or change paper money. Tickets machines there accept only coins.
- Elena KiselevaJune 17, 2017Beautiful spot, must see. Bring a camera with you to capture these sights.
- Ана ЛековићFebruary 12, 2017(Part II) ....to each attraction (those for royal apartments disappear first) and check if tickets for attractions you're interested in are available to buy in second ticket office across the church.
- Daren WilliamsOctober 20, 2017The hodge podge roofs seem underwhelming but after exploring the rest of the castle one realises the roofs are the highlight. Everything closes by midday on Mondays.

- Karin GattringerNovember 26, 2017There is enough to explore, even without paying for any of the ticketed attractions.

- Katya L.May 4, 2014If you want to buy a ticket and not to stay in a long line, book it from Reservation on exact day and hour,it is much better,if you will stay and won't get a ticket.
- Lover of LifeJune 15, 2016At 4pm tickets to go in the castle are already sold out. So come earlier as possible of course.

- Dimitris KotsiosApril 29, 2016Beatiful Castle ! Don't forget to take a walk above the Vistula River!
- LeanneApril 12, 2016After this being recommended as the #1 attraction, I was disappointed. Queueing for a ticket takes an hour in the low season, it's expensive and to be honest, I found it extremely dull.
- Damianos AivazidisApril 3, 2016Small castle but so well preserved, there also a great view to the river.
- Jadwiga NowierskaAugust 24, 2016Beautiful place but some of tours are waste of tme and money. Crown Treasury is a joke - no informations about exhibitions and you can't do photos and you have to pay for it...
- Maggie FreegardSeptember 5, 2017Great vellum wallpaper, decorative ceilings, tapestries and painted friezes.
- Greta DalyaprakApril 11, 2016Big castle with different exhibitions to see. Spend here few hours and have a walk with no rush to enjoy this place
- Gabriel SeahMay 15, 2013The ticketing system is really messed up (individual, timed, limited admission). You must plan well or visit on several days.
