Nice hotel with good location (near metro and train station). Very easy to get to Sheremetyevo airport using the aeroexpress that leaves from the train station.

++s:Amex (rare in Russia); free wifi actually works and fast; good breakfast; friendly staff. --s: metro st is quiet a walk (felt specially in cold weather); no plastic cups to take coffee upstairs.

Definitely, one of the most comfortable hotels in Moscow. International news channels, a desk to complete your business reports and armchairs to enjoy reading afterwords... Oh, and attentive personnel

Ensure your room is at the back of the hotel so you're not overlooking the Golden Palace. The rooms are hot so you need to open a window but can't do that at the front of the hotel as its too noisy.

Nice staff, rooms and design. Complimentary gym. Good wifi. Good cosmetics. Lunch for 650 rub from 12:40 till 15:00. Kettle and iron in the room.

Need to ask staff few times to bring everything you order in your room. After a while, when you didn't get what you wanted and went to sleep naked, staff secretly opened a door and came in my room

Reasonable size rooms, everything new. Housekeeping somewhat awkward, laundry is too expensive. They charge extra for in room dining - weird thing. Overall a decent hotel but nothing to be hyped about

Уютные номера. Рядом Белоруский вокзал, а 10 минутах пешком. Но нет собственной Парковки. Есть в соседнем бц за 900₽/сутки. Либо вдоль дороги муниципальные места для стоянки.

Стильно, хорошие кровати.Чисто,уборка каждый день. Все необходимое в номере присутствует. Из минусов очень хорошая слышимость из соседних номеров.

Поиск мест на подземной парковке - отдельный квест. Нужно иметь или IQ 200, или дар ясновидения, или вагон упорства и полчаса свободного времени, чтобы припарковаться на вашем месте

Проблема с Wi fi.слабый сигнал и постоянно пропадает.Но кровати просто божественны.Неплохой фитнес зал.И отличная сауна.Если бы не огромное количество китайцев на завтраке,вообще было бы супер.

Классический отель, где проводятся бизнес конференции и тп. Была на одной из них. В общих холлах чисто, приятно, просторно.

В номере есть всё, в том числе чайник. Воду из крана можно пить: так гласит табличка на раковине. Очень комфортные кровати! Единственное, чего не нашел, это тапочки и халат.

Уборка номера состоялась в 7 вечера, видимо, днем было некогда. Надо отметить, что такой случай был первый раз за год, обычно к обслуживанию не придраться, все отлично.

Все супер, только вот немного прохладно было в номере, после звонка на ресепшн принесли обогреватель и стало намного лучше!
