LexisJuly 5, 2017Check-in was a nightmare , new hotel but lots of stains on the carpet and furniture , most of products in minibar were EXPIRED!!!(and omg they offered free breakfast(!) when I showed that)never again!
Ric SanteuginiDecember 15, 2015This hotel is brand new. Very convenient and great location 5 min walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro Station. Free shuttle to Kite Beach departing at 9am returns at 12. Clean and nice
Very convenient, new & clean. Rooms are quite big! Staff is uber friendly & professional. Location is amazing, but hotel doesn't have a proper stop for cabs so that's a hassle. But overall great!
- Their breakfast could be better, but the Jamaica Blue cafè helps on that bit ;)

They charged me absurd costs which were never in the package. Be careful!- The refrigerator wasn’t cold although we told them to fix it but it still the sameSecond The parking is so tight you could hit a car or two even the ram to exit the parking is so narrow so be careful

- the Room service was terrible we ordered a club sandwich and they said there’s no Eggs, really? No eggs?You can just buy some from Carrefour it’s behind the hotel they said Only chicken and it was dry
مNovember 21, 2016I don't like albarsha but it's just on Alshaikh zaid rd. 3 mins to emirate mall. Room service is so bad. Great size of the room and price.
