For a theme café, ARTNIA is well priced (pancake + soft drink set, ¥1200) and the food is delicious; quality tea and coffee, nice fluffy pancakes. The café itself is classy, too.

It is pretty cheap to get in and fun to see if you have nothing to do...I think it's free on specific days. A very cool park that is not as crowded as Yoyogi, which is not far from it.

Tomoyo (owner) is great! She speaks English and is very friendly. Grab a seat at the bar. Have a whiskey and chat about movies. She's got an impressive clientele (including Quentin Tarantino).
It never gets boring no matter how many times I visit this store. Too many things worth buying.
