Try the Black&Blue burger with the Pear cider.
Chicago socialite in training
Similar to Bull&Bear and Public House, music is better though and obviously larger venue...but same type of crowd.
If you are completely plastered, the egg white omelette will suffice for drunchies. I prefer Tempo Cafe though.
Love the intimate environment, plus the violinist is a nice touch...but this place has lost its' sparkle. Had a table with friends on a Saturday night, and the crowd was nothing special.
Mixed age range. Young and old together in the newly renovated lounge. In terms of the specialty cocktails, the "Pump and Circumstance" is my favorite (hint of egg wash and lavender too).
Avoid the avocado tuna roll: a bit of a disappointment. The special roll as well as the rainbow roll were definitely the best.
This place is done, last time I checked in it was a ghost town. Not worth your time. If you're looking for an after hours bottle service lounge Cuvee and Underground are both better bets.
Food surprisingly affordable, and large portions.
This place is only fun as an after-hours bar. Don't waste your time until everywhere else is closed. The crowd is kind of sketch and the venue is a bit small. The drinks aren't that great either.
The lobster/cheese fries way too greasy, but the desserts were all delicious. If you want a tart or fruity drink the Sex Panther and Naked Lady are both good options.
Salsa Tuesdays at Alhambra is by far THE BEST weekly salsa event in Chicago.
Great spot! Love the music, crowd, plus delicious cocktails too! Staff is friendly and people always willing to invite you to their table!
Stop by on an evening! Lots of popular and commercial shops, plus at sunset the fountain is lit and you can beat live jazz music!
