It's not a real warm sort of place but the stand-alone tables at least offer privacy. Cranberry rolls were delicious. Salmon was a little over cooked; the sauce was good; no veggies
Tasting menu is dericiousss
Shaved vegetable salad. Skip salmon entree and pavlova
Well worth it for Restaurant Week
The spectacular service at Sirio Macioni's classic can't be beat with offerings that range from confit foie gras and red snapper crudo to prawns cassolette and its famed crème brûlée. Zagat
Chocolate found any cake was okay but not in the class of jean George.
Creme brûlée is always the winner. Consistent and delicious.
Stripped bass with braised leek wS delicious. Highly recommended.
Agnolotti was good but not outstanding.
The Lamb was amazing. Obviously a pricey restaurant but worth every penny. Unforgettable experience.
The famous Cream brûlée
Apple soufflé. Delicious.
They serve tapioca prepared to look like caviar. It is a complimentary dessert.
Saffron risotto was very well done.
Osso buco was a special tonight and very good.
Venison was delicious and a regular menu item
Salads are very fresh but the truffle dressing makes it wonderful.
The appetizers are all special both the new and the classics.
Everything is good at Le Cirque. Sirio and his sons have a very high standard. We have enjoyed their hospitality for so many years.
Lobster salad served with black truffle dressing. Excellent.
Lamb was not to be beat.
This is the pig. Huge portion
Try this one.
Lamb was wonderful. So was the pig and soufflé.
This!!! Totally worth it!
One of the best fish dishes I've ever had. Chef Raphael Francois' #Turbot with bourbon vanilla sauce is ethereal!
Avoid the bar when "JK" is bartending unless you like a padded check!
Food had no flavor. The steak was literally coated in peppercorn...almost toxic. The staff consists of an odd array of characters...not in a good way. I did not like it..not even worth $
Two thumbs down, over priced for the food and service. Do not add peppercorn to the steak, it will leave you with reflux for days.
Try the Banana Soufflé and you'll forget all your worries...
The lobster tail salad is totes amazeballz! #mondayFunday #classicMovies and #livemusic
History on a Plate (Prestige Wine Pairing) https://melba.co/new-york/le-cirque/history-on-a-plate-prestige-wine-pairing
Classic French fine dining with strong steak and desserts.
Between the truffle mac & cheese, lobster risotto, flounder le cirque, and Nutella beignets... No words.
The best creme brulee in town
Simply the BEST!
Legendary NYC restaurant for special occasions...leave room for their special desserts!
The new Caesar salad Is outstanding! Ask for a glass of Perrier Jouet grand brut to pair :-)
Just lovely. The small room upstairs is so cute.
Restaurant week extended thru the end of Feb!
Very disappointing! Not creative AT ALL. Food was "fine", but I expected "exceptional". Though the creme brulee was great.
The tuna tartare is fantastic, don't hesitate... Just pull the trigger, you won't regret it...
Had my 21st birthday celebration here!!! Loved it so much! I go often for drinks- I recommend the Pinot or the Bellini-Tini :-) simply stunning place and the owner Sirio is a pleasure :-)
Get the lobster risotto and get out. At these prices, service and food need major improvement. Disappointing.
An iconic restaurant, Le Cirque's patrons have ranged from Estée Lauder to John Fairchild.
