Excellent location. Room design is not the best. Lighting system is hard to decipher; they randomly turn off and on. Good wardrobe space, large bed and very clean throughout the hotel.
Perfectly good food, very large portions for the price. Skewers and tuna steak both very good, and reasonable price. Service was slow (30 mins for starter) but to be fair it was packed.
Pull up a chair, pick a poncho (passion fruit was delicious) and enjoy with the monkey nuts. The Nikita was also nice. Only €3 a drink.
Ate in the Grand Cafe which is on the ground floor. Good service from Albert, who was also very chilled out. Good choice if you like huge German beers and sausages. Handy location outside Kings X.
Best place we ate at in Prague. Lucky to get a table without reservation. Unexpectedly the salads were amazing, but the pork knuckle is also highly recommended.
First Czech restaurant we tried so nothing to compare to but good portions for mains and fair prices. Tip is included and credit card accepted. Had the beef goulash and duck as mains.
Outstanding cocktail bar. Amazing service and crazily original / innovative drinks and containers / vessels they arrive in. Menu changes regularly and fairly priced (compared to London!)
Very good value and clean rooms above the pub. Easy access code - recommend staying here. Also fast WiFi.
Excellent gelato. Salted caramel is delicious. Worth waiting in line for the 1-2 times you visit ;-)
Wide selection of food and good prices. Perfect when arriving after 7 hours walking. Cornish pasty hit the spot.
Gorgeous ice cream - get the pistachio flavour. Also must try the Persian favourite of faloodeh with cherry on top - very refreshing and memories of Isfahan!
Friendly Australian coffee shop close to Covent Garden. Matcha green tea latte was lovely. Didn't try the pastries but huge cake portions to other customers!
Brunch service was a little slow/disorganised but once designated a server, she was great. Lovely fresh food & flavours. Turkey shwarma was on the small side, jaffa tel aviv was Tapas style dish.
A gem hiding in plain site! Excellent large *hot* flat white and cappuccino, delicious Mediterranean breakfast. Friendly service to boot.
Great wine selection for dinner menu. Go for the smokey aubergine & tahini, pita balagan, avocado salad, middle east cups and the hand-pulled sharwarma. Delicious flavours and colours. Service 👍
May have to wait for a table - busy on a Monday night! Great place in Gros - delicious grills and seafood. Go for the tomato salad. Beware the "mild" cheese is still strong.
Get the black cod - it melts in the mouth. The Bincho Double Black Sour is a lovely cocktail. Finish with the chocolate banana cake.
As a tourist, just stroll along, pick a bar and enjoy the aperitivo and people watching. Gorgeous area of Milan. Don't forget there are more places on adjoining streets.
