Very Spicy. Very Bollywood.
All the curries are very good. Also try the cauliflower appetizer.
Grab a chocolate boy if you're looking for a snack
Did not hit the spot. Sorry. All I tasted was oil, red chili and salt. There is much more to Indian food than that. Maybe it is a niche place for people who want lots of fat and red chili.
Great for a late night snack.
around 14$ for large portion of Tika Masala
I got the lamb curry box. The proportions are definitely good to split for two meals. It tasted delicious, though I definitely think they took it easy on me with spice level.
I always order the chicken tandoori!!
This place is a great little joint for reviving nostalgic after college cafe bites around india. Most things on the menu are top notch but the kheema pav truly stands out.
Get the lunch box and opt for a lassi because... Spicy. Great value and delicious tikka masala
Go for lamb bhunna.
The kheema pav is so good! And if you ask them to make it spicy they actually do, like proper indian spicy! It's awesome
Chicken box with chicken tikka Masala is great, extra Naan would be great. Long wait in the dinner rush for eat in
The chicken bhuna roll and paneer bhurji are the favorites. Late night snacks with Bollywood music blaring occasionally. You would see a lot of your drunk desi friends here at night.
Loooooooove this place! A million times better than Kati Roll! Extensive menu for late night snack! Try the paneer burji roll!
they make great masala tea. Paneer is very good as well
Fish Tikka: when they ask 'dry', say yes.
fish tikka is a sleeper hit. skip your usual and try it.
15% off for NYU!
Their pav bhaji I'd authentic. Vegetarians would go nuts. Masala Chai is a dollar. Great value
Chicken bhuna roll with the spicy green chutney - yum!
Veggie rolls are good. So is the Pau bhaji. Don't forget to flash your NYU id to get a discount ;-)
Chana masala roll, oh so spicy, oh so good
Authentic Indian food
Big portions. Chicken bhuna roll is a great choice. If you like spicy, dont forget to ask for 2 of the green chutneys.
get the paav bhaji! ask them to make it spicy :P enjoy!
Veg box with paneer burji is great at 11$ also ask for a raitha.
My favorites are the chana masala, chicken or lamb bhuna and the pav bhaji but I've never had anything bad here.
Very good veg boxes !
Lamb bhuna roll is one of my favorite dishes in NYC. Hands down.
Lamb Bhuna roll is so good. Thick chunks of lamb, spicy flavorful sauce and red onions - perfect lunch.
The curries are low on meat and heavy on rice & side; get the rolls instead
And this place is expensive. Not worth the money.
No good. The chicken masala here tastes like a spicy tomato soup. Go to Tastee Curritos around the corner. It never disappoints.
Best chicken tikka masala below 14th street. No doubt.
I wish these guys had booze too.. Bollywood songs and booze.. Perfecto!
Vegetarians must try the paneer bhurji pav. Sizzling spicy delight!
Unda Bhurji Pav (eggs with onions and peppers, first item on menu) is a superior replacement for a breakfast burrito!
Open late, and the food is great.
Chicken box tika masala....seamless.com at its best! Great choice to start with Indian good in terms of spiciness.
Chicken bhuna roll is a must try!
Cheap and satisfying kati roll spot. Paneer bhurji is a good vegetetarian option; the chicken bhuna roll carries more heat.
Chickpea roll is fantastic!
Ignore the bad copy on the wall, and order a Chana masala roll
Avoid the creepy guy in the Ascot! He is a regular.
There may have been a serious brawl breaking out as we left our table. Bring your A game if you are looking to eat "to stay"!
Lamb bhuna - consistent taste
The chicken vindaloo is actually spicy. Best Indian take out for value and taste.
As an Indian, this is the only Indian place I can tolerate. Lamb bhuna roll for sure.
Bring your own beer, you can get some from the store across the street!
