1. D & F Italian Deli

35-17 Broadway, Astoria, NY
Deli / Bodega · Astoria · 7 tips and reviews

Caroline R.Caroline Rinaldy: Service can be REALLY slow, but the employees are so nice and friendly, and they thank you for waiting if it's getting bad. I always get their italian hero -- definitely get the wine balsamic on it.

2. Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Co.

3505 Broadway (at 35th St.), Astoria, NY
Bagel Shop · Astoria · 97 tips and reviews

Caroline R.Caroline Rinaldy: If you're ever bored of their many cream cheeses, try 2 eggs, sausage and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. Also, soups tend to run out by 3ish. Soup + (free) mini bagel = cheap and filling lunch.

3. Strip House

13 E 12th St (btwn 5th Ave. & University Pl.), New York, NY
Steakhouse · Greenwich Village · 140 tips and reviews

Caroline R.Caroline Rinaldy: Don't overlook the fries; they're awesome. And be careful ordering desserts -- that chocolate "table share" cake is monstrous. And even one profiterole is good for ~3 people. (See pic I uploaded.)

4. Eco Table

33-20 31st Ave, Astoria, NY
American Restaurant · Astoria · 2 tips and reviews

Caroline R.Caroline Rinaldy: Don't be afraid to say yes to your 2nd complimentary alcoholic drink with full service brunch! Even though "full service brunch" doesn't state how many drinks are included. I like the prairie mary.
