At the NE corner of the fountains, you can use the 3rd pillar from the Bellagio shops to get a nice, unobstructed shot of the water show, with the Cosmopolitan and O sign in the background.
Check out the statue of Leo the MGM Lion on the corner of Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard. It weighs over 100,000 lbs and is the largest bronze statue in the U.S.
The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign was erected in 1959 and was designed by Betty Willis.
