A SLICE OF PARIS ON THE UES: Exquisite modern French and classic brasserie fare, paired with an award-winning wine list -- all in an elegant, warm setting.
Hit or miss in terms of food, but the ambiance is quaint and transports you to France
Two words: mango sorbet
cute UES french bistro. classic dishes but with a non french only wine list. Sit outside.
It's perfectly fine; I just wish the food were as good as the restaurant looks.
Sea food, wine, French food
Good, cool, unforgettable ...
Escargot was amazing.
Steak tartare, tuna tartare, salad nicoise
The short rib club and a glass of rose on a lazy Saturday afternoon.... Wonderful.
The sliders are quite small and barely contain any hamburger meat. Get something else if you're hungry. Waste of money and highly overpriced for what you get.
Best steak tartare
Great place for lunch
Fantastic tartare whether the french steak or the japanese tuna version
$9 for 2 single espressos at the counter top !!! First and last time for me - even if I'm French !! You thieves !
Lots of food for a reasonably priced pre fixe ($30). Here's a thumbsdown: for a big restaurant, there's 1 toilet in the men's room--incroyable!!
Lovely French atmosphere. Bar are gets loud!
Best brunch in new york! Get the pre fixe.
Whatever you do, get the duck l'orange and the chocolate mousse!!!
Tonight's the night for a BULLDOG on the rocks. Go on, be bold. Hold the mixers, take the ice.
Drink a lot of red wine and order the steak frites! Did I mention you should drink a lot of red wine?
The BEST Steak Tartare in town!
Salad for 2 people is more than enough.
Lovely French bistro! Have brunch on the patio! You get a delicious basket of pastries. Great cappucinos & the eggs Benny was delish. Make sure you get the homefries!
Lovely seating area outside and very good French cuisine (esp steak tartare).
Meh. Fancy brunch - just ok
Wonderful brunch spot. Bring your parents from out of town here.
Went with a group of people. Everyone who had the Salmon had explosive diarrhea. Beware of the salmon!
This is the most underated restarant in the city. The steak tartare is probably the best in the country. I've never had a bad meal here. Also, I've never had an issue with the servers being rude.
The steak is great
Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner, this French bistro has all the best classic dishes. Try the French onion soup, and the steak tartar with frites and finish with a chocolate soufflé.
Really unpleasant meal. Would not go back
