A GAugust 31, 2014These differently flavored iced lattes - O M G. Also, remember to bring cash. The inside is amazing, very nostalgic of an older New York. The food's a little lacking, but like I said, those lattes...
Citybeams.comJune 30, 2012Huge ancient paintings and sculptures. Antiques on the walls and small round tables with wire chairs. Cappuccino is fantastic and they have a big menu of small plates. A great place to hang out.
Untapped CitiesJuly 30, 2013Caffe Reggio's claim to fame--a 1902 cappuccino machine-- allegedly introduced the drink to New Yorkers. Check out the cafe's Renaissance-era decor as well.
William HJuly 11, 2013The chairs aren't comfortable and the bathroom could fit in an airplane, but the capuchinos are top-notch and the servers are always nice. For a real treat, try a sundae or banana split.
Excellent cafe. Good for breakfast, lunch, light dinner, or desert, and the coffee is excellent. It is filled with beautiful art. The music is subdued and good for conversation or contemplation.

Everything I don't want in a cafe...slow service and cash only... But still my favorite cafe in the world, and GREAT coffee! Been here 100+ times (before I started using 4sq).

Such a wonderful place to relax, visit with friends, or get some work done in a quiet corner. Try their special hazelnut cappuccino. I have been coming here for over 20 years and it has not changed 1 iota!

Rachel PhamApril 19, 2015The space is quiet and cozy, and the service is nice. There is wifi but it requires some info, no outlets. Dim, but not bad on a sunny day when the windows are open. Tea is good.
The Ravioli al Pesto & Parma Panino are top-notch. The hot coffee has never been the best in town, but boy do they know how to make it iced. The bathroom has a Dante quote above it for good reason.

The Corcoran GroupJune 28, 2012Quaint little cafe that has become a mainstay of the neighborhood and a tourist hotspot. Still, we can’t walk by without getting an Iced Cappuccino.
