Tom HalleranApril 8, 2015Large portions of decent bbq. A bit of a mix of styles, and more upscale than a "real" bbq place should be (e.g., table service). Not a bad lunch stop. Try a sandwich or the pulled pork and brisket.

Love the donkey punches, brisket, churrasco chicken, the deviled eggs and pages 2 and 3 on the menu :).

Sounds like an odd thing to order at a barbecue place but the Cuban sandwich is awesome.

Fried green tomatoes were soooo good!! And me being a Georgia girl the sweet tea taste like it came straight from GA!! Finally a good place to eat in Newark!
The service was incredibly slow, and this location is not as good as the one in Harlem. Skip this joint, and head up to Harlem for the real deal Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
