Visit PhillyDecember 14, 2011Elfreth’s Alley is well-known to most locals & visitors, but Bladen’s Court is a hidden courtyard off the alley that packs even more punch. Rumors are that it is haunted & a soldier was hung there.

Elfreth's Alley is America's oldest continuously occupied residential street. Stop by the gift shop at house 124 where all proceeds go to the preservation and education efforts on the Alley. Visit our house museum at #126 via a $5 tour guided by one of our knowledgable docents.
