The people here are amazing. Well, some of them. Stay away from the people trying to sell something by the reception. They might be rude. The food is amazing. And the drinks are good as well. 4/5

The staff here is amazing. They will go to great lengths to make guests happy. The entertainment team members will even play games with u on rainy days so if u r stuck inside just find Jonathan!

Forgo the reservation at Himitsu (although good) & go with the general Himitsu seating and unlimited sushi ordering. We ate sushi almost daily as an appetizer, meal, or late night snack.

Don't get tours with the Amstar concierge they offer you discounts but it's a trap to sell you other things, if you want tours go with your travel agency.

Xcaret is a great place but is the worst decision for swimm in a underground river... Is man made, want to have fair information ask for keshi of amstar to your concierge

El hotel es pequeño por lo que no hay que caminar grandes distancias para llegar a ningún lado. La comida en los restaurantes es muy rica y los tragos los sirven súper generosos.

He estado ya dos veces, primero en Secrets Maroma y ahora aquí, si regresé, créanme que es porque lo vale. El spa, la comida, la bebida y sobre todo, el servicio.

Exelente trato al huesped no hay que mejorarle desde recamareras hasta Gerencia , la comida es muy chick pero las porciones y sabor podrian mejorar en general muy bien. Poco americanizado en el sazon

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas, constantemente se observa personal limpiando. La comida de Buena a Regular. La mejor es la cena en el Restaurant Portofino, la peor es el desayuno en el Rivera.

Los concierge mal encarados, las camas tienen costo de 50dlls por dia (Maroma gratis), las tinas son tamaño hobbit, esta vez no fue tan grande el placer como en los otros secrets.
