Jack SmithAugust 10, 2014Amazing spa facilities. Well worth a visit, without having to stay overnight in the hotel. Booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment, as the spa is extremely popular.
My best hotel in london , it has the best location where all resturant close by aside from oxford street.staff are so friendly as well .

I used to like this hotel as it was known with its spacious & clean rooms, friendly and neat staff, not any more!! Very disappointed of its level, I barely give it 3 stars! Totally shocked never again- My favorite hotel in London! The service is excellent but the room dining is not up to level!
