Nice hotel, internet is in and out (works for two minutes, then down for an hour). I gave up and went to Starbucks to get some work done.

Pretty standard Westin if your used to SPG hotels. Higher floors are better. This is also a high volume hotel...(meaning conference hotel). Not their best Westin but definitely not their worst.

Rooms vary in size and quality. Definitely don't hesitate to request a room change if you get the short end of the stick. The Room77 app / site helps.

Don't forget to request a FREE fridge! The one in the room is loaded with expensive drinks. At least the fridge they bring for you is a nice size.

The staff doesn't give you the time of day unless you are business oriented and wearing a suit. I'm a doctor and was barely acknowledged... It shouldn't matter your profession a guest is a guest.

Great hotel staff, locations, rooms... But beware room 1218 is LOUD for some reason. Maybe it's bc the elevator proximity.

Bare bones, no amenities. After upgraded as Marriott member, my king room had 2 towels, no fridge, no blankets, no umbrellas to use, closet of a gym, no pool, no staff after 12 to support guests.

Room 1807's air conditioning doesn't work, neither does the display on the alarm clock. If you go green (passing house keeping) you get a $5 drink credit. Good luck finding where to use it!

Staff was super friendly when checking in! There was a bit of miscommunication about parking when I booked the room so Wilson at the front desk upgraded my room and gave me SPG points! Ask for Wilson!

Not at all impressed with this Westin, though the location and rooms are nice. Wifi is expensive and slow. No room service between 10:30a and 5:30p. Staff not genuinely friendly. Showers not hot....

Customer service here is amazing! The only thing is, you don't get free parking. You would think you'll get free parking especially if you are staying there for $300 a night. Nope, $60 a night!

Buy a MyWiFi device from ATT for $30 a month......or a prepaid device rather than pay $14.95 per night here.
