- The manager needs to do a better job of enforcing the cleaning of communal boxing gloves and ordering new jump ropes. Quit slacking - I see you flirting with the female trainers at the gym.
- Love Ebonny and I love this class, but there is definitely more "fusion" in her pilates class. It should be renamed core training...
- BEWARE OF NAIL FUNGUS. Do you take the cardio boxing class and borrow the gym's gloves? Employees are not required to and therefore don't care to clean after each use. Good luck with that.
- Don's enthusiasm is contagious. You can't help but love him and his cardio boxing class!
Personal trainer Mike can really make a difference in workout results, especially with core work. Great boxing workout too- Nash is a drill sergeant. His workout routines will kick your ass to the moon and back.
Sat around 3-5pm it's nice and quiet. The whole gym is yours.- Luis will work your biceps and triceps like there's no tomorrow.
