Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really interesting tour. Love how the "profit" (it's donation only, no actual fee) from the tours goes to local charities!

Free tour, free beer tasting glass, and free delicious brews. Fun fact: bet you didn't know this isn't Sam Adams' main production plant - it's an R&D facility designed for cooking up new flavors.
