With an amazing 300ft ocean tunnel, 30 display tanks and more than 10,000 sea creatures, the aquarium is the perfect stop for family fun!
Take lots of pictures & feed the stingrays! Definitely worth it.
This place was awesome! We paid $5 to feed the Rays some shrimp. Very cool experience.
feed a stingray! they don't have teeth; it just feels like a weird slurpy vacuum sucking shrimp out of your hand
each feeding bowl for the stingrays has a shrimp and a little minnow
Had a great time with the wife and kids
Something for everybody, young and old. Pretty expensive but worth it
Pricy for what you get. Don't go during the weekend or during a school break. Find coupons!
Simply amazing...great for the family or a date so many animals to see
Worth it for the under water tunnels.
Good for a date day. My gf had fun here. Especially when it is cold outside this is a nice alternative to bars and clubs.
Do take the "Behind the Scenes" tour. You'll get to see the aquarium from the top and feed the fish. Sharks feeding is on Tues, Thurs and Sun.
fascinating sea worms
last section of aquarium highlights local freshwater fish like walleye and muskellunge
i never realized horseshoe crabs had a bunch of weird little legs
another "Claws" monstrosity: the land dwelling coconut crab
special exhibit "Claws" highlights the monstrous japanese spider crab
colorful poisonous frogs are the highlight of the rainforest section
Highly recommend the behind the scenes tour including breathtaking views of from above the tanks.
There are lockers on the main floor. Stash your stuff for $6 for the day and do some more shopping!
Tickets are cheaper if you get them online ahead of time :)
Very overpriced - even with coupon. Might be worth seeing if you've never been to an aquarium or if the price was discounted at least 50%, otherwise skip it.
Not worth the $20 admission..Shedd Acquarum better
Went with my parents and had a blast with my 4yr!
You may pet starfish and crabs and may see a giant lobster. Online, I learned that you can pay to sleep overnight in the aquarium with the sharks. Well, admissions seems rather pricey.
10,000 aninals. I think it's a great time
Pricey, but really great attraction. Great break in shopping.
Try to go when the tour is going to start, the place clears out quickly. Gift shop prices are unbelievable.
So expensive....but fun. I would buy tickets online first or find coupons through the Mall
If you buy tickets online, you can do a behind the scenes tour for about $5/person. Well worth it. You see any animals not in tanks and also can more easily see where the turtles and sharks hang out.
Jellyfish exhibit was breathtaking
I loved it.. but $20 to get in is crazy.. wasn't in there for long
Too expensive for how short it is. MN Zoo is cheaper...be sure to find a coupon if you do go.
Too short for the money paid.
Behind the scenes tour is well worth the extra $7. Look for discount admission coupons near the north entrance to the mall.
Lots of fish to see, but $20 for an adult is beyond excessive. Not to mention that my hallways at home are wider than they are here.
Not a fan of fishy stuff so I won't go here But I know a lot of people who will enjoy it immensely!
Get a behind-the-scenes tour!
The annual membership is worth it if u go twice a year or more.
Buy your tickets online! Its cheaper!!
Jelly fish rock
Its annoying when its busy and a bunch of kids are running around screaming but still a good time. Go mid week and its like having it all to yourself
Check out the behind the scenes tour! It's my favorite part!
Half price adult tickets online. You don't need to print them out as long as you have the number on from the tickets. You can go as many times during that day as you want :)
You can walk through as many times as you want!
I <3 Marine Life!!
You can go through as many times as you want! We average 3 times! We have a family pass and got our moneys worth!
Check out the Ghost Hunt on Thursday and Sunday nights, or maybe just stop by for a treat on Halloween!
Short experience for the money
