Bread pudding pancakes = heaven.
Don't leave here without a cupcake! One of the best in Chicago.
Plenty of reasons the wife and I are 6 year regulars. Easily the best brunch spot the NorthSide has to offer. Bread Pudding Pancakes, Sweet & Savory FT, & The Hash? The whole menu won't disappoint.

The brunch Bruschetta is AWE-SOME! Grab a cupcake to go too :)
No reservations, but they take names/numbers at the door.
bread pudding pancakes are proudly dense and gooey; they're topped with cinnamon-sugar butter and vanilla anglaise
The breakfast menu will please fans of cream cheese; the gooey stuff makes an appearance in the stuffed French toast, topped with maple-pecan syrup. Try it with the rosemary-roasted ham.
Best items to order - cupcakes, cupcake pancakes, bread pudding pancakes, bruschetta, sweet and savory french toast, oatmeal. Yum!!!
I love this place!
The southern omelet with jam-filled buttermilk biscuit and red potato mash is excellent.
Love this place- get the club for lunch!
Bread. Pudding. Pancakes. EAT THESE AND FIND PEACE!!!
One of our favorite brunch places in Chicago. Start off brunch right with either the coffee cake or grown-up pop tart. Yes!
The Maui Mango iced tea is incredible. And u can even buy some to take home!
Omg. You must must must try the cupcake pancakes! Be sure to hit the bakery case before you leave and snag a pretzel cookie and a peanut m&m peanut butter cookie as well. So damn good. :-)
Pastrami sang fatty and very little meat. Choose the grilled turkey instead
One of the best brunch spots in the city. It does get crowded, so be prepared to wait. And hope they've got tater tots on the menu. Try them with an omelet.
Breakfas/brunch is great. The staff is courteous and the food is worth the likely wait you will face on the weekend. As someone else said, the bread pudding pancakes are ridiculously good. Just try!
The Brisket and Gravy is a fun twist on the classic!
Bread pudding pancakes=heaven in my mouth. You must try these!
Love the bread pudding pancakes!:)
Try the mashed potatoes! Skip the rest.
Breakfast sandwich, coffee, and stuffed French Toast. On a 10 degree day albeit a sunny one there was a half hour wait. Worth doing just plan ahead.
Free cupcake on your birthday!
Try the breakfast sandwich...great blend of ingredients.
The service is really slow. We were completely ignored. My bottomless coffee had only 1 refill. The food was very good, but not worth the wait.
The Briscuit & Gravy is actually just Briscuit gravy. Sad face.
Try the bread pudding pancake! Everything here is delicious!
Had to get the pacakes.
Grilled Brie Sandwich at Southport Grocery is rightfully called "a grown up version of a grilled cheese" with a layer of gooey brie, fresh spinach and a delicious mess of sauteed mushrooms.

Brisket and gravy!
These bread pudding pancakes are out of this world!!!
Long wait, but it's WORTH IT! Wait is usually 1 hour to 1.5. Host offered free coffee cuz our wait was long.
What a great find! I started off with the hummus, apple salad, and ended with a single cupcake pancake. I absolutely loved everything. Seating is limited, weekends you will definitely have to wait.
Possibly my favorite breakfast place in the city. I may be in the "Savory French Toast" rut. But it's a very tasty rut to be in.
Get the savory French Toast. Amazing!
Love the brunch brushetta. So yummy.
Wow brisket and gravy
