Cheeseburger with the works
The Cajun skillet is up on the specials wall, not on the menu. The sausage has a nice spicy kick to it, great choice.
Elisabeth is a TJ's wine shop sage, knows the best bottle in the store at any price point you're looking to spend. Ask for her and she will gladly help.
Overall the house flight is great, but the wild wacky wits taste like dirty soap water.
Go with the grass fed burger, it's awesome. chix salad sandwich was very light on the actual chix.
Ordered a large pie, asked them to cook it thin and crispy. The pizza was as good as one of my favorite places in Manhattan called Posto. Highly recommend this place!
Get the prime cut ribeye or filet and have the spinach salad with strawberries as a starter. Do NOT order the prime rib, taste like dog chow.
Might be the single worst selection of wines that I have ever bare witnessed to.
Be loyal to @britishairways and get into their executive club, they have the nicest lounges in London for obvious reasons. Free Wifi, endless booze and food if you belong.
The homemade banana bread is maybe the best item on the menu.
Take off your pants and wait 10min, best tailor in the LES and its only 5 bucks a hem, used to be 3.
They have couscous salad with lobster on the menu, but the better idea is to order the vegetarian quinoa cherry wheat salad, and then have them add the lobster!!
There once was a magnificent bag of candy, aptly named Jaclyn's stash of candy. Those days are long gone, look for the white container in the corner cabinet, don't get too excited, limited selection!
Pretty long wait & place is rather chaotic, but well worth the wait. Chicken salad sandwich is not the cubbed garbage you find in deli's but the rotisserie and it's delicious I strongly recommend it!
Be wary of Super Pals hiding in your bedroom that yell surprise and scare the shit out of you when you open the door!
Maker of the Olympic medals for the London 2012 games are on display in the lobby!
Super friendly staff, ask for the house Barbera, artichoke starter, gnocchi primo and ox cheek for main, actually whenever you see Ox cheek on a menu in any restaurant order it, it's always amazing.
