Situated on Duke street, this old watering hole has been providing liquid refreshment and sustenance to the people of Dublin since 1822.
Wonderful pub to visit. Check out the Literary Pub Crawl, it's totally worth doing.
It's like narnia.
Cheery and spacious classic old man pub. Plenty of beers on tap and the starting point of the Dublin literary pub crawl
Great city center pub.
After work crowd
Clean, reasonably priced, and nice Irish pub. Go get a pint of Guinness now instead of reading this tip!!
We had one traditional Irish stew and one lamb shank. Both was great. Good ambience too with real locals. Delighted to find out that this is one of the older pub in town where writers used to meet.
Adorei o Dublin literário Pub craw! Show!
Kitchen closes at 5:00 during the week. Very charming pub
Starting place for the Dublin Literary Pub Crawl - best 12 euros ever!
Good, honest pub. Turkey sandwich for just 3.25 is amazing!
A place frequented by a young Bono. No word on if the cool members of U2 ever drank here.
They've got Carrig lager on draft. Support independent craft brewers!
This is a place where friends gather to share a drink and a meal, a place where you can just kick back and feel at home, a place to leave your troubles behind.
Laughalot Improv Troupe are here the last Thursday of every month. Only a fiver
Great pub... Always room!
Staropramen is the perfect pint when you're sick of the Carlsberg and heiniken served elsewhere. Nice place too.
Best staff in Dublin, serious pub.
Great for Friday night after work beers. Just make sure you don't have to play football the next day!
Great pub for a few casual pints. Deadly atmosphere on a Friday. Shows most games
