People tend to check in during these times:
One of New York’s most elegant and versatile special event destinations.
Better than T5 but that's a huge endorsement! Bars have long lines and the acoustics are poor on the floor unless you get up front and close to the action.
Went here for the Ratatat show. Awesome acoustics, lasers, lighting and smoke machines. One of the best venues for this type of show.
Definitely go for ground floor GA. Great pit for shows.
This venue is beautiful. The design is impeccable, and the sound is great too. I've seen some incredible shows here.
Gorgeous venue. Floor is always preferred, but the balconies aren't terrible!
Great venue for shows
Good for concerts! The balconies are dope!
Very nice, I'd love be here 👌🏾
Great place to see a rap show. Saw Childish Gambino here and had a great time.
Enjoy the grungy vibe.
The acoustics are great.
Nice and big stage
Your system fucking sux. You got iPads to check your shit in but still rely on cash??? Fuck your atm machines with $4 charge. You suck and I hope your business will die very soon.
This place sucks!Asked for an upgrade in seating.Said they are sold out.Which is bullshit b/c I'm looking at tons of empty seats in the balconies.Avoid this venue at all costs. So not accommodating!
can sme1 call 08177915201 for brief abt diz?
The balcony has a killer view if you're not one to dance. Don't forget your earplugs!
Good acoustics! If you sit in the mezzanine section and you are short, do not sit in rows C, E, G, I, K.. Etc
Huge space. Great venue.
a proudly crap-assed establishment. "VIP" tickets here entail lines as long as regular ones, with a 5 min head start on entry being the only benefit. and water is SIX bucks, with no tap. hateful
Security thinks a full body cavity search is appropriate.
Awesome venue! WeWork Halloween party 2014 🎃👻
#KCABlackBall! @PeterTwyman @MaryFisherArt @GeenaRocero @keepachildalive
Beautiful venue. Make sure you get standing admission though if you want room to dance !
Go upstairs to the side balconies for a great view.
Security is a bitch. Don't bring gum or lighters.
If you're here for live music, grab a beer before beelining to the front of the floor area by the stage. It will be a long walk through the crowd otherwise.
Will probably never come back here again. Staff was extremely RUDE and unorganized--had no idea what they were doing. Sucks to suck, Hammerstein. Sad good venues close and these shit shows still run.
. @ringofhonor... We're here *Blows Out Lantern* (at @thehammerstein)
Lily Allen secret show
The American Comedy Awards.
Fresco angels and multiple balconies date back to 1906, but perfomances by present-day stars include Beyonce, The Metropolitan Opera, Leonard Bernstein, and more.
A beautiful venue! Get there extremely early if you want to be front row.
103 sector is perfect!
They took our lighters!!!!! Wtf?!?! Those cost $2
This is a great venue for professional wrestling Ring of Honor, ECW.
Hammerstein is tired. Needs a renovation more than it needs to be full of people.
There is always next year!!!!!!!
This place is cute, but dirty. Time for a reno, fo realz.
Worst music venue in NYC. Lines for days to get in and zero crowd control. Such a shame.
The women's bathrooms may be the worst of any concert venue in NYC. Filthy, dilapidated, no locks and mostly inaccessible from the main floor. Will NEVER come back
Come visit the bar, I'll be working most nights. Get a hook up ;)
Sucks!!!! Don't come here. They won't let you leave for a smoke or fresh air cause its moldy as hell. Plus they charge for water. Wouldn't even give me a cup. Bull shit! Water is free idiots
Bar is Cash only
Avoid the lines and hit the bar in the basement!
The Decemberists played a packed show for CMJ at the 2006 Music Marathon in this venue, which first opened its doors back in 1906.
The best sound in this former opera house is about seven rows back in the first mezzanine.
Over 35 NY restaurants and 70 wineries pouring - sounds like a recipe for a good night out.
