You can't visit Asheville and not have breakfast at Early Girl at least one morning. Arguably my favorite breakfast place in the world.
Arrive at 11 a.m. for lunch to avoid the wait. You might have to wait a few minutes for the lunch specials board to go up, but definitely worth it.
