Sujei Sierra: If you love raw fish I highly recommend the ceviche (left) and the sashimi plate (right). The fish is very high-quality.
Leila Farahani: Amazing food. Go for the shiny sea oysters, mussels, or red snapper ceviche. Go early or call ahead it's always busy. Or if you want a very late lunch it's great for that.
Les Simpson: A Vesper martini with ceviche and gazpacho on a hot summer day can set the world back on the right track.

Adam Duritz: Holy crap this restaurant is good. Sweetbreads & marrow were Amazing. Okra was killer. Ceviche, butternut squash, lamb all great.
Kathryn Yu: Skip the cocktails and go straight for the food. Sweetbreads with tongue, butter leaf lettuce salad with bacon, classic steak tartare, the ceviches, and the oysters are all excellent.
