The Callos y Coco ceviche is amazing. Ask how they make the grapefruit caviar.
Try their delicious cocktails: habanero margarita, watermelon elderflower martini and 'the corn one'. Highlights: atun tostada, Acapulco ceviche, steak & eggs for brunch and birthday cake ice cream.
We tried the Macarel ceviche (very good), street corn (very good), chicken (very good), carnitas (very good), and steak (meat was good but covered in manchego cheese, which wasn't our thing) tacos
If you love raw fish I highly recommend the ceviche (left) and the sashimi plate (right). The fish is very high-quality.
Amazing food. Go for the shiny sea oysters, mussels, or red snapper ceviche. Go early or call ahead it's always busy. Or if you want a very late lunch it's great for that.

Fact: best seafood in Austin! (until proven otherwise) It's pricy, but u can get a bunch of their appetizers and share w/your friends. Musts: oysters, oyster Shooters, calamari, ceviche, wedge salad.
Afternoon snack menu is small, but delightful. Ceviche and calamari are fresh and delicious.

The ceviche is disturbingly good. Fish Tacos are also amazing.
Sea bass crudo, scallops and wagyu on a hot stone, salmon on melon with skir, hirame = yum.
Some of the best raw fish I've had (no "in Texas" caveat required). Check out the daily menu. And definitely get a "machi cure" and a "hama chili". Fantastic.
