Always good coffee, outdoor seating available and parking if you need to drive there.

The service is lackluster but the bagels are actually pretty damn good. What I’ve noticed: call in an order ahead of time; makes for an easy pickup. They open way too late on Saturdays, imo (9!)
The sandwiches here are inexpensive, tasty, and most importantly, come out quick. I try a new one every time I go and I've never been disappointed.
Definitely give the Charles a try!
