Stacy Adam: Easily one of the best dinners of my life! I highly recommend the pan-seared salmon with wine pairing. Also, if they recommend a cheese, eat it, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Chris Aldrich: Don't pass up on the offer of the cheese cart after the meal. Blindly let the waiter/chef/staff choose several cheeses and a wine pairing for you. Truly sublime!
