Cajun Eggs Benedict was rich and great flavor. Biscuits are great, but need real butter, in my opinion. The meats are the best. Great ham steak, sausage. Expanded menu gives many unique choices.
You must indulge in the biscuits at least once. Probably the best thing there. I've heard the Cajun-style eggs Benedict are good. All-in-all it's breakfast food, not too terribly hard to get wrong.

Tuesdays special pot roast, potatoes and gravy is delicious and hearty with that home cooked feeling! Great food, divey place but has charm.

Got the shrimp poboy, dang good. But here's a little trick I saw a local doing....gotta be a mayo fiend....grab a packet of mayo and add it to your poboy, then the creole seasoning...a great additive

Country Morning Breakfast was very good even without any breakfast meat.
The original restaurant is located in Greenville, Mississippi. While a franchise location, still some of the best steaks! Try the tamales and if you feel bold get the porterhouse. Yum.
Great steaks, best in Baton Rouge, I love the porterhouse the most. All other entries are amazing, tamales, shrimp, gumbo and others.

I ordered shrimp egg rolls. I can not eat pork, I made sure the lady on the phone knew this. When I got my egg rolls they had pork in them. Idk if this was a joke or. Mistake but I'm never ordering!!
