Don't go to late night HH unless you want to watch the staff do shots and booze it up in the bar area. Other upscale restaurants do not allow their staff to dine, let alone, drink in the bar area.
Late night happy hour here is amazing! $8 burger and fries or $8 kobe beef sliders. They have all sorts of ridiculous alcohol available too - try their Germain Swizzle.
Late night happy hour rocks, prefer Sliders over the Burger but that is just me.

Came in late night with a few colleagues and was greatly taken care of by the wonderful Shelby, “mustang”. It was rather busy but she was on top of it, no drink went empty. Love the Mac and jack beer

Best Nachos in Seattle and East side. Moscow Mule was great too. The Tavern Burger was OK, comes with a very large portion of fries. Great ambience and easily my favorite bar in Bellevue now.

Try a cold Sake sampler and ask for suggestions if a beginner. Also ask for an Ono hand-roll, if you like something spicy w/scallops, octopus, crab and more. It's not on the menu, so ask for "Ono"!
