Definitely the best ramen in Seattle. Get the tonkatsu ramen!
fantastic ramen. i always get the vegetarian with the half boiled egg. friends recommend half sodium on other broths (not applicable for vege).

Finally a great ramen shop in the Seattle area! This Japanese chain is known for its shio tonkotsu ramen. You won't be disappointed!

Loved their garlic ramen! Go with the low sodium soup as that has the right balance of flavor and saltiness. Be warned that there's dried bamboo in their ramen/broth. The kids didn't like the flavor.

I love this restaurant! (My aunt & uncle own it :) I highly recommend the agedashi tofu, seared salmon, and/or kimchee ramen. Mochi ice cream is a great mini dessert :D
Absolutely love this place. I go here often and the wait staff its great!! Favorite roll is the Gold Rush and I love the Shoyu Ramen.
My faves are the crispy spicy salmon and crispy california rolls. A little warm saki is always a treat.

This place is huge! I'm always able to find the right takuan, ume, sake, and seafood/produce.
For a yummy, authentic Japanese takeout meal, step to the left of the hot food counter and look for the free-standing bento box menu. They'll handcraft any of six bentos to go for just $7-$8.
