Love this place but they always run out of boba! Matcha latte is the best I've had and nowhere else offers hojicha lattes.

Genuine and lovely croissants so good in fact that they run out! So had to order the sandwich made with ham and cheese! Wonderful! The coffee (a cappuccino) was ready instantly!

Looks small from the outside, but the back is very large. Beautiful light from the garden patio outside with even more seats. Outlets towards the corners only, Wi-Fi is decent.
