Wi-fi signal is poor.All other things for that price are great:great location,clean rooms,tasty breakfast.
Extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast selection but go early or it'll be very crowded. WiFi was my sole complaint(2.0Mbps/day, 0.3Mbps/night). Highly recommend the top floor w/ balcony.
Nice big clean rooms, with comfortable beds in a very good location! The staff at the reception was also very friendly and always smiling 😊 Next time I'll be in Berlin will choose to stay here again❤

Tidy, pretty and clean rooms. Had a really pleasant couple of nights. Although got a cold, so make sure you turn off the AC if you are staying here 🤧

Convenient location, right next to the train station, easy access to metro and bus network. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff needs to smile more and treat customers with more enthusiasm.

Cute hotel. Tries a bit too hard with the whole “yoof” atmosphere thing, but it’s clean and comfortable and the service is great.

A run down hotel from a once fairly good standard. Unfriendly personal! As a regular guest, I am no longer wishing to stay in it's not very clean rooms. Has reduced to a 3 star hotel for me!
Good variety for breakfast, cosy and clean rooms (we were living at 7th "club" floor) and super pleasant sleep (special thanks for pillows). will stay here again
Nice hotel 5 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, clean rooms equipped with every comfort (except mini bar). Hearty breakfast included in the price..I'll be back !!

Amazing! More like a hotel on hostel budget. No bunk beds-GREAT. Free wi-fi everywhere. Great location, incredible personalized service. 100% cleanliness. TOTALLY recommended.
