Cesar Calderon: Cool digs, great oyster selection, and plentiful beers on draft or bottle to choose from. So relaxed! Lettuce cups have a great spicy kick! And the lobster roll is sinfully buttery!
Andrew K.: Eclectic beer selection, bottle and draft.
Sofia Papastamelos: Get the whole fish special and some Trillium on draft. Two excellent things that are hard to find elsewhere.

Justin Luccio: Great burgers and tons of beers on tap. Def a step up from the old Avenue. Get the mind eraser wings too.
Landon Howell: Great drink and/or food specials every night if the week. $1.00 burgers on Monday. Nice beer selection on tap.

Mike Frayne: Meat (game) specials. Superior tap beer selection (definitely 16-20 here) as well as good bourbon & scotch options
BU Today: This restaurant offers a variety of tips, ranging from turkey to lamb to wild game such as ostrich and kangaroo, and 36 drafts on tap as well. Read more.
Mike DiPietro: Steak burger with the beer cheese sauce for dipping on the side is the move to make. Great selection of craft beer on tap.
Thrillist: This upscale neighborhood tavern's got a healthy assortment of craft cocktails, over 70 whiskeys, and a pleasing lineup of draft suds. Also: A 100-year-old fireplace. Read more.
BostonTweet: Citizen Public House is now open with "70+ whisk(e)ys, 5 wines + Fernet on tap, 4 types of cocktail ice, 1 bad-ass Japanese ice ball mold & Duvel Green"!!!
Ajit Verghese: Duck & sausage cassoulet, oysters rockefeller, polenta vegetable tort, fried chicken livers and ribeye roast are great - but if you like duck - get it. Beef jerky and fernet on tap also great.
8. Picco

513 Tremont St (at E Berkeley St), Boston, MA
Pizzeria · South End · 174 tips and reviews
Brian: The straight-up Margherita is fantastic -- my favorite pizza in Boston. Picco also has a tendency to have great beers on draft (e.g., Dogfish 90 min IPA is on tap now). Also... homemade ice cream.
Nathan P.: Always a very solid selection of beers on tap. It's hard to fit pizza, ice cream and beer into a single meal, but it's doable, I promise.
Joseph Schwendt: Kick ass beers on tap!

Ben Bearnot: A welcome addition to the 'hood! Draft beer list has depth and breadth. Clam pizza with bacon, meatball starter, and roasted veg were standouts on our first trip there.
Erich Wiernasz: The real star is the extensive and rare beer menu all on draught. All wood fired fare. Come for the beer stay for the beer. End with a pizza.
Andrea Barrezueta: The rose sangria, flat bread salad and the rhubarbq pizza were amazing. Totally cool outdoor area too.

Erica: Best Carlsberg draft in town - cold and fresh!
allie beauchesne: Am always so pleasantly surprised by how good the food is here for a pub. Servers are friendly, draft beers a plenty, fun trivia. Great neighborhood spot, whether you watch soccer (footy?) or not.
Alexandra: Great draught selection, super nice bartender, but there were tons (and i mean a LOT) of fruit flies flying all around the bar, which made the experience kinda gross.

Dave Ursillo: Never been here as Farragut House, but as Local 149. Restaurant/bar with a cool on tap selection of microbrews and foreign beers, gonna be a great summer spot near Castle Island and the beaches
Brodie Rich: Great tap list. Shit, great beer list all around. Welcome addition to Southie.
Justine Jordan: Mac and Cheese Fritters come with an amazing hot sauce/ketchup concoction that provides a great contrast to the cheesy inside. Also, great beers on tap!
