Even if you don't eat meat, it's worth breaking veg for the best burgers. Also: huge onion rings, very good fries, distinctive fried pickles, crazy Boozy Shakes, and that famous mac and cheese.
Get the fried pickles & co and the DuMont & cheese. And of course the burgers are awesome. Sitting outside can be a wait. Sitting inside is cool at the skinny wood table tops. Fun joint.
The lobster rolls were amazing plus we shared some fried pickles that were made just right! RHLP is the perfect low-key, good beer, great food, small-seaside-town-like place to enjoy with friends.

Arrive early & grab a drink at the House of Wax. When you take your seat, grab that little pad & write "Fried Pickles" on it. The best way to see a movie. Booze, reserved seating & a great crowd.
Alamo is one of the best cinema experiences in Brooklyn. Originally a theater concept from Austin, so it's a little taste of home for me. Highly recommend the fried pickles 👌
