the most authentic ruin pub of budapest, an absolute must-see for tourists. they often have a dj who plays art rock, and every now and then they host live music events as well.

Great hidden gem in the non-trendy part of the VIIIth. Definitely worth the trip, great eclectic deco, friendly bartender and surprisingly good choice of spirits. Very reasonably priced too!
Cozy small bar with very friendly staff well educated on beer and they have good selection of both foreign, but especially magyar beers, like Fóti. Highly recommended!

It's a bit further out from city center in south Pest hosts concerts throughout summer but has dedicated sports garden with plenty of big screens for World Cup. Open til dawn so all games are on!

Can't go wrong with the "Bestrami" sandwiches here. They're priced a bit higher than sandwiches elsewhere, but you get your money's worth: they're fairly large sandwiches with good flavors & textures.

Very elegant and nice club. The Dj's are great, music is always good. High-class atmosphere, people and bar! Downstairs it is nice to hear oldies but goldies -80's&90's-. Liked it so much >^.^<
