Craftsmen is all about the beer (they opened with 48 taps and have more options in bottles). The food options are focus on filling fare, like Crunchy Dame, with pork belly, cherry jam and an egg.
Get the sautéed calamari appetizer as an entrée. Probably my favorite lunch meal in Charleston.
Great place for a quick lunch or a hideout while the girls shop King Street. Don't miss the sweet potato fries.

Friendly yet pretentious. I had tomato soup and a grilled cheese. I underestimated what a good cook can do with a simple task like that. I'm ordering it again...if I ever happen to catch them open
