Huevos rancheros were amazing. Waffles had real cream -- real cream!!! -- on top. Not the most polite service but it's a do-it-yourself place so it didn't have to be.
Best on the brunch menu: huevos rancheros, huevos verdes, and the chilaquiles.

Good: lemon ricotta pancakes (loved them so much I started making them at home!), biscuits, chilaquiles, huevos rancheros (my favorite), all the beverages (my first espresso soda-YUM). Bad: nothing.

The Huevos Rancheros Benedict was delicious. It had a substantial amount of avocado, which I prioritize highly.

For breakfast, I personally favour having the Smokey Mountain: biscuits topped w/ eggs covered with sausage gravy and bacon strips. An alternative would be the Sunrise Special or the Chilaquiles.
