As much as I love beef, the chicken pho is excellent. If you want chicken noodle soup, try #13. Of course, if you want beef, #2 or #3 are both excellent!

The shrimp spring rolls are the great here. The peanut sauce with them is amazing. I also think their Pho is the best in the city.
Smaller portions than other pho spots, but high quality. Pork spring rolls are good. Pho broth is excellent. Get meatballs in your pho! Yum.

Forget authenticity. The food here sucks on a completely new level of it's own! I couldn't believe it can be THAT bad. Special mention: pho - it will make you miss a Chinese-all-you-can-eat buffet.
Best Pho I've found in Cleveland! The broth is flavorful and doesn't even need hoisin or hot sauce, but both are provided just in case. The beef is served correctly: raw.

Enjoyed the egg and bacon ramen. Pork belly is top notch and super rich. Special Pho presentation is a delight. Wished the beef wasn't cut so thick though.
The only place to get pho in University Circle. Non traditional for sure, but not terrible. Ramen is v questionable.

Pho 99 is good and they have currently at the place 95% off pottery which is expensive but still they are from China. Really nice stuff though

Great Korean food. The staff is friendly and will help those who are not familiar w/ the menu order. We eat next to Cleveland Indians RF, Shin Soo Choo as well! The Kalbi, Japchae, Jumoloak are great!
