Chocolate cannele is amazing. Flaky crispy outer layer but lovely softness inside. Perfect amount of sweet, not cloying at all. I wish I had gotten a half dozen of these instead of just one.

Divine little French souffle bistro. Try the Jambon (ham) and Gruyere as entree' and the chocolate or the bread pudding dessert souffles. Excellent! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
