This place just opened. The beet salad with tofu is amazing. All farm to table. Don't go looking for a Bud Light...but they do have A full line of local beers on tap.

Got to the airport early and went out of my terminal to try this for breakfast. Worth it. The Tofu Scramble is great, and they have a solid craft beer selection

Tofu korma is absolutely amazing. Sorrel gnocchi is yummy and burrata tomato salad is unique and super flavorful
One of my favorite places in Denver! Country fried tofu is amazing, green chili is spicy and great. Tofu scramble and spicy chai for brunch (and bottomless mimosas) can't be beat.

If you order something spicy and actually want it spicy, may want to ask them to make it spicy. Had Spicy Basil Tofu and the spice level was mild to nil. It could have used a little more flavor, too

If you are vegetarian order the cold spicy sesame noodles, sub crispy tofu! The Yuzu Sour cocktail is on my bucket list of best Denver cocktails as well! Come eat here and tip FAT!
Vegetarians! Get the Spicy Chicken, sub tahini broth and fried tofu for chicken. It's UNREAL and better than the veggie ramen on the menu.
Get the tofu and veggie with chicken broth. And don't forget the coconut juice!
Vegetarian pho! I've only gotten it to go... It comes with tons of veggies but not much (unseasoned) tofu.

For you vegans/vegetarians try their Pho Veggies & Tofu and ask for their vegetarian broth (it's not on the menu) it has tons of veggies and it's delicious!

Excellent Pho! I am not a big fan of tofu but their veggie Pho was more than enough, simply wonderful with a huge variety of vegetables. Beautiful place and prices are right, portions were correct
Hipster-y, but not obnoxious (so get over it). I love the jackfruit tacos, the tofu bánh mì, and the french fries (both kinds, with Berbere ketchup)! Good bloody marys and draught beer.

I'm not one for spicy spicy but, I've had up to level 5 on most of the curries and it's still not spicy! Tasty tofu and a nice happy hour. Lunch service is a bit cheaper than dinner but only by $2.
Hands down best Thai food I've had in Denver. We get ours spicy level 15, near authentic "Thai hot". Very good mango sticky rice, pad thai, pad see ew, papaya salad, Thai sausage. Friendly service.

We finally found our go to Thai place. Denver surprisingly has very few GOOD thai places. This one has fresh ingredients, good food and good servers. Thai basil fried rice & Yushan chicken are yummy!

Veggie miso ramen was packed with flavor and fresh, crunchy greens! Wish I stuck with the potato pierogi instead of swapping in tofu but you live and you learn.
