The sightseeing tours that leave from the pier are a bit annoying, but once they leave the pier empties out. Great place to relax on a weekend morning.
The lawn roof/floating park has an amazing view of Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Bridge. Great place to hang and admire the scenery.

This is a really nice museum down in th Seaport. It's not the biggest, but for $5 it's worth every penny if you're down there. I'm happy that it has re-opened, the space by itself is worth it.

Terrible experience - we signed up for a 12pm ride and didn't get on until the 2pm. Everything is completely disorganized. I suggest using a different company for this.
