I visited Heim Bbq with a friend and tried the brisket, coleslaw and potato salad. I also tried the ribs and it is a must have! Highly recommended!

Try the ramen. Best broth ever. Flavor is phenomenal. Forget any notion of cheap ramen. Only similarities are the noodles and the color of the broth. :)

Texas #1 on the Texas Monthly top 50 — and deserved it. Brisket was insane, ribs and jalapeño sausage great, and def get the cheddar grits with spicy pinto beans. 2hr wait, get there by 11:30.
Beef rib, brisket, jalapeño sausage, slaw, beans, cheesy grits, banana pudding and bread pudding. All worth the wait!
Everything I've had here has been really great it's got a great smoke ring around the brisket the ribs the sausage. The potato salad is homemade and my favorite barbecue place

Not bad, but not great. Black pepper sausage was good, brisket was ok, okra was tasty. Looked like a good outdoor seating area if it wasn't 107 degrees.
