If you pass the hotel itself, heading towards Canal on Bourbon, there is a small adjunct bar that is perfect for football watching away from crowds. Also, a damn fine bloody mary.

Great setting; Friendly bartender; Just off of Bourbon but quite and fun. Great Bloody Mary. I was impressed the longer we stayed. Check out the menu and their support of local farmers; all in a pub.

Sad that all Handicap rooms face Bourbon without balcony....buzz killer! If you are okay with the noise from Bourbon, request a balcony room and enjoy the view of drunks walking aimlessly about.
Great hotel in the middle of Bourbon's busiest block. If you want to get some sleep at night do NOT ask for a front room. Good staff, good security. Stayed at a courtyard/pool view bedroom: was great!
