Ippudo HK! Pricey but a very good ramen! I love the tonkatsu broth same as the Ramen Keisuke in Singapore buy in cheaper price. I love the Pineapple mint drink very refreshing after a fatty ramen 😋

As good as the beef brisket at Kau Kee😍. The stock's key ingredient is large chunks of daikon (large radish), making it lighter and sweeter than in many other beef brisket places. Just love it💖🍜
