Very good and authentic. I couldn't tolerate the numbing sichuan, but there many are other dishes without that are fantastic! Suggest red oil dumplings, dan dan noodles and dry fried green beans.

For a brand new restaurant, they are doing a great job. Fresh ingredients, cold beer, clean restaurant. So far a big fan of the crispy dumplings and the banh mi. So much more to try!

Try the salt-toasted squid, veggie dumplings, and spare ribs. You can't go wrong with any of the pork dishes. I tried the orange beef peel twice and it's too chewy.

We order takeout from Hu's quite often. Minimum order for delivery is $15. It's worth it. We love the Chicken w/vegetables in sauce, the chicken egg rolls, pork fried dumplings, hot & sour soup etc.
The shrimp dumplings (ha gow) and Tsui Mai are not as good as Ocean Palace. They're good but not out-of-the-steamer-fresh.
To properly dim sum, add a little spice with this fried chili pepper hot sauce and mix it up with a dash of soy. Great for the shrimp and pork dumplings.
