Staff are courteous and helpful. The water from the tap and showers come from an ancient aquafer 10k years old, and 1200 ft deep. Once called fire island state park I consider it an elite beachfront.

Had the tasting menu for the re-opening, everything was awesome. Fried spaghetti on the bar is addictive. Recommend the chorizo, Mac & cheese and burata.
