Kate's is the best breakfast/lunch place in the Northland. Great food, great service. Favorites are the Chicken Fried Chicken, Red Hot Mamacado, Santa Fe Salad. Great pancakes, great everything.

Don't understand the appeal of this place. Pancakes are large and heavy; bacon not cooked all the way: breakfast quesadilla was awful. Nope -- won't be back .
French toast on French bread-so good. Can’t get much better than the almond pancake with fresh fruit. The crepe brûlée was also a little bit of heaven.
Went for breakfast with my lovely wife. Thoroughly enjoyed the chilequiles, excellent coffee. Highly recommended.
